While blogs, professional gossipmongers, and fans continue to speculate on what caused the dust-up between Jay-Z and sister-in-law Solange Knowles following last week’s Met Gala after-party, Solange has added fuel to the inferno by deleting every picture of Beyonce from her Instagram.
As Oyster report, some astute fans have noticed that Solange has removed all traces of her older sister from her Instagram account, bar one picture from 15 months ago, which has received comments such as “This is the only picture remaining of Beyonce,” and “You forgot to delete this.”
While none of the parties involved in the scuffle — which took place in an elevator at The Standard Hotel in New York and was depicted in a three-and-a-half minute surveillance video obtained by TMZ — have commented on the incident, The Standard have issued a statement about the leak:
“We are shocked and disappointed that there was a clear breach of our security system and the confidentiality that we count on providing our guests. We are investigating with the utmost urgency the circumstances surrounding the situation and, as is our customary practice, will discipline and prosecute the individuals involved to our fullest capacity.”
The leaked surveillance footage depicts a woman, allegedly Solange, lashing out at the rapper, hitting and kicking him. Jay-Z deflects the attack before a bodyguard pulls Solange away in a bear hug, from which she escapes momentarily, once again kicking the rapper, as her sister watches on.
