Sounds Of The Suburbs Festival Brings Indie Cream To Sydney’s South

Cronulla is getting its own taste of alley festival action with Sounds Of The Suburbs, a one-day festival packed full of great culture, food and, of course, live music.

Sounds Of The Suburbs will take place on Sunday, 22nd September, starring a whole host of talent like everyone’s favourite snot-nosed punks, Bleeding Knees Club, the hip hop stylin’ of Sydney producer Chance Waters and so-hot-right-now indie kids The Griswolds, as well as another 11 bands playing over two stages.

As well as music, get set for an injection of culture with the live art wall, some top notch Mexican food from El Sol and a sangria or two from The Scorpion Bar. Delightful!

The festivities are brought to you by Space 44, notorious for running the independent art gallery of the same name, and Sounds Of The Suburbs will take place in Wilbur Lane, right behind said gallery.

Tickets are $55 plus booking fee from Oztix or the Sounds Of The Suburbs website and they’re on sale now.
