Sounds Of The Suburbs Festival Is Back & Bigger Than Ever In 2017

UPDATE: Sounds Of The Suburbs festival has now unveiled its 2017 lineup.

ORIGINAL STORY: Sydney’s raucous Sounds Of The Suburbs festival has announced its 2017 return with a new date, new location and the first hints of lineup info for this year’s event.

Sounds Of The Suburbs took place in Cronulla last year, but in 2017 it’ll go down at at Sutherland Carpark on Flora Street, Sutherland on Sunday, 3rd September. The new venue will allow the festival to expand to three stages, with more space and better viewing spots for punters.

Organisers are promising “a stack of seasoned favourites, skyrocking newbies and a few eyebrow-raisers” on this year’s “banging” lineup, which will be revealed next Tuesday, 11th July.

Last year’s roster featured the likes of DZ Deathrays, Guantanamo Baywatch, Peter Bibby and Alex Lahey, and this year’s is sure to be even bigger.
