Sydney quartet The Jezabels have spent the most part of 2009 touring around the country gaining fans and adding km’s to their odometer.
This month they are putting the finishing touches to their brand new EP ‘She’s So Hard’ due in stores November 2, 2009 with the first single
‘Hurt Me’ to hit radio in October.
‘She’s So Hard’ is the anticipated follow up to the band’s debut EP, The Man Is Dead, recorded at Megaphon & Production Ave Studios and
produced by The Jezabels and Lachlan Mitchell.
It’s been a massive 12 months for The Jezabels, with their debut EP released to rave reviews both locally and abroad with recent exposure
at US college radio. In August, they debuted at #114 on the CMJ top 200 and reached #96 for their infectious, pop-soaked single ‘Disco Biscuit Love’.
Locally, The Jezabels are fast becoming one of the country’s busiest support acts, joining tours with Canadian duo Tegan & Sara, local indie
kids Sparkadia and most recently, singer/songwriter Josh Pyke. Throughout October, The Jezabels are excited to be joining fellow Sydney
outfit Bluejuice on the road for their national Head Of The Hawk album tour.
She’s So Hard is due in store November 2009 independently through MGM Distribution.
