The Jungle Giants Drop ‘The Tuss Tour’ Dates For Autumn 2014

Hot off the heels of their Big Day Out performance, Brisbane’s beloved indie posters The Jungle Giants are showing no signs of slowing down, with the Sam Hales-led quartet today announcing another tour of Oz for this March, April and May.

The Tuss Tour kicks off with an all ages show in Sydney on 28th March, before the She’s A Riot hitmakers join the lineup for Ric’s Big Backyard, a mega block party in the Fortitude Valley alongside Millions, Little Odessa, ShortStraw and Moses Gun Collective.

They’ll then treat fans in Melbourne and Perth to their live goodness, all fresh off a trip to the US to play at Austin’s legendary SXSW festival, and topped off with a spot on the Groovin The Moo bill. Whew!

Tuss is a word the outfit use to describe the way they muck around with each other, with Hales explaining, “We are always messing around. Smacking each other in the face. Playing around. We call it ‘tussing’ each other… It can be physical or psychological. It’s perfectly annoying and perfectly great.”

Tickets for this tussing of epic proportions are on sale from Monday, 10th February, through The Jungle Giants’ website, with all shows seeing support from Millions and ShortStraw.
