The Jungle Giants To Headline Queensland’s New ‘Day Trip’ Music Festival

The Jungle Giants will be bringing the feelgood vibes of their live show to Townsville this February thanks to Day Trip Festival.

The legends behind hits ‘Used To Be In Love’, ‘Feel The Way I Do’ and ‘Heavy Hearted’, top a ‘Day Trip’ bill that is STACKED with Aussie talent including Eves Karydas, Genesis Owusu and Stace Cadet.

Taking place in the intimate and beautiful surrounds of the Townsville Turf Club, Day Trip Music Festival will bring the boutique festival feels to Northern Queensland on Saturday 20 February. With a limited cap of 2500 tickets, ‘Day Trip promises a different, less hectic and more enjoyable festival going experience under the Townsville sun.

Promoter Jake Reid explains, “We really wanted to pair a stellar lineup with an intimate setting. The event is going to be a new experience for North Queensland – we can’t wait for you to experience it.”

Sinking a few cheeky bevs in the sun, with enough room to bust a move to The Jungle Giants and Genesis Owusu, sounds delightful to us. Head below for the full Day Trip Music Festival lineup and ticket details, then crank some jams from The Jungle Giants and Eves Karydas to get hyped.
