Sydney 5-piece The Preatures are just the band to get you through your mid-week doldrums and thankfully they’re here with a brand-new slice of solid ’70s fried gold lovin’ for you in the form of their latest single, Manic Baby.
Manic Baby, the second single to be taken from The Preatures’ second EP, is 2-minutes worth of slow-burning fuzzed up disco funk, with honey-sweet vocals from straight-up hottie Isabella Manfredi grabbing your skull from the inside and refusing to let go.
It’s the perfect follow-up to Is This How You Feel?, the first single from the outfit’s 5-track EP of the same name, which is due for release this Friday. Manfredi was recently announced as a finalist in the 2013 Vanda and Young Songwriting Competition off the strength of Is This How You Feel?, so you know these guys have got the goods.
The gang are also taking the record on the road, recently announcing a string of tour dates in support of the EP. Full details below.
