It was just last week that Two Door Cinema Club announced their run of Falls Festival sideshows. But the tour lived up to the hype and soon after announced that Brissy had officially exhausted its ticket allocation, leaving a stack of banana-bender fans out in the cold.
Until now that is. Given the unexpected level of demand for the band, organisers have announced that TDCC will be performing a second show at Brisbane’s Tivoli. To be held on the day after the previously announced show, this 2nd one will be an all ages event. This will be the last opportunity Brisbane fans will have to get tickets as there will not be a third show.
Tickets to the AA gig will be up for grabs Monday, 29th October, the same time as the Sydney leg of the tour taking place at the Hordern Pavilion, so all you diehards can kill two birds there.
It doesn’t take a genius to see that this 2nd show will probably sell out pretty quickly too. While Sydney and Melbourne tix are still available, they won’t be for much longer. Joining the lads on the bill for the tour will be UK’s The Vaccines – currently coasting off all of the success and attention one garners with a #1 charting release – as well as The Jungle Giants; some very exciting home-grown flavour.
