UB40 have announced their new Australian tour dates, three years on from their originally scheduled run.
The popular group were supposed to tour Australia back in 2020, but have now confirmed that they will be returning our way, hitting Australian shores in January 2023.
For UB40, these new dates will be resume their 45th anniversary celebrations; and they will also be accompanied by House of Shem.
“We always look forward to trips down under,” UB40 have said in a statement this week.
“It’s one of our favourite places in the world to perform, but with so many uncertainties in the world these past two years, we felt it was far more important to focus on everyone’s safety. Now that borders have reopened, we’re finally ready to get back to Australia and perform the show fans have been waiting for!”
Punters who have held tickets to UB40’s original tour dates don’t need to worry about changing them over, they will be valid for all upcoming shows.
