Vans Warped Tour Australia Announces Local Band Additions For Brisbane

With just a few weeks to go until Vans Warped Tour Australia 2013 kicks off, organisers have revealed that they will be making six announcements over the next week for the local bands chosen to represent each city on the tour, the first of which has come today and sees the lineup for Brisbane has officially grown by three.

In a market heavily populated with outstanding and remarkable young local talent, Brissy boys Aversions Crown have stood head and shoulders above the rest, as have heavy rockers Take Us To Vegas. Capping off the Brisbane line up is Sunny Coast lad and formidable acoustic force D At Sea.

The other states can expect their additions to be announced in the next week or so, and you can expect some additions equally as exciting as these three. By the looks of things, nothing is being done in half measures for this festival, indicating this is going to be one helluva show. Recently, organisers revealed their Extreme Athletes lineup, which will see some of the best BMX and skating talent the world has on offer.

Tickets for Warped are still on sale, but if AJ’s to be believed Brisbane is on the verge of selling out. You want in? Do it now!
