Blink-182 have swooped in to save The Late Show with Steven Colbert from running five minutes under time, making an eleventh-hour cameo to perform their new single, Bored To Death.
The Mark, Tom Matt & Travis Show took the place of supergroup The Hollywood Vampires, who were forced to pull out of the slot after Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry collapsed onstage and had to be rushed to hospital.
Blink’s show-saving appearance comes as the band are riding high off the news that their comeback album California has officially terminated Drake’s 6-week chart reign to claim the #1 spot on the Billboard 200.
And look, as far as performances go, this ain’t a 10/10. But you’ve gotta cut the fellas some slack for having zero prep time.
