Watch Gorillaz’ Full Live Set From Their Demon Dayz Festival

Gorillaz‘ very own music festival went down last month in the UK, and of course Damon Albarn’s virtual project performed a mega set for their diehard fans.

Gorillaz have now released the official video of their massive 2-hour long set which predictably featured insane visuals from band illustrator Jamie Hewlett, a killer live band and stacks of feature artists.

It also kicked off in the weirdest way possibly, with the band coming out on stage wearing black hoods and masks.

Among others, the set featured cameos from Vince Staples, Danny Brown, Popcaan, Kilo Kish, De La Soul, Little Simz, Kelela

Albarn and co. showed off most of the tracks from their recent album release Humanz but also send the crowd into absolute raptures by performing classics including ‘Dirty Harry’, ‘Clint Eastwood’, ‘Kids With Guns’, ‘Dare’, and of course, ‘Feel Good Inc’.

The band’s creator and frontman even took his time to preach some views on the outcome of the British election, calling the eventual outcome “bullshit.”

It’s a great watch, especially for anyone like us who are still holding out for a Gorillaz tour of Australia in the next year or so. They remain one of a few acts that we reckon are due for a full Aussie tour.
