As the counting of the votes for the US presidential election draw ever closer, more and more musicians are coming out of the woodwork to show their support for either candidate (mostly Joe Biden).
The latest to do so is none other than music legend Stevie Wonder, who performed his first new music in 15 years at a drive in rally for Biden in Detroit.
As reported by NME, Wonder played a brief, four song set which was kicked off by his classic cut ‘Higher Ground’. He then immediately played two new songs – ‘Where Is Our Love Song’ and ‘Can’t Put It In The Hands Of Fate’.
“The only way we’re going to win this fight, a fight against injustice, is by voting,” the music icon said during his performance.
“We must vote justice in and injustice out.”
This deeply contrasts to what happened at Donald Trump‘s latest rally, where he instead slammed several popular musicians, like Lady Gaga, Beyoncé and Jon Bon Jovi.
