Zayn Malik Collaborates With Pakistani Group AUR On Remix Of Their Urdu Single ‘Tu Hai Kahan’

Zayn Malik has teamed up with Pakistani trio AUR to recreate their chart-topping song, ‘Tu Hai Kahan.’ The remixed version features Malik’s vocals in Urdu on the chorus, along with additional Hindi vocals. The re-created song was released on Friday, 12th January with a brand-new music video.

The singer shared his gratitude for the collaboration. “I was incredibly humbled when AUR reached out and asked me to collaborate on their song ‘Tu Hai Kahan’,” Malik said. “I love the song and have brought some of myself to it. I hope people love what we’ve done.”

AUR group members Ahad, Usama, and Raffey shared a statement on collaborating with Zayn MALIK. “We are super excited for this collaboration as it shows that music has no boundaries,” they said. “‘Tu Hai Kahan’ is such a special song to us, and it’s hard to describe how amazed we were when we first heard Zayn’s voice on the track. We’re taking Pakistani music global, and we can’t wait for the world to vibe to our music.”

‘Tu Hai Kahan’ was originally released by the band in October and swiftly rose to the top of the Spotify charts in India, Pakistan, and in the Global Viral category, boasting an impressive 124.4 million streams.

This collaboration marks another milestone for Zayn Malik, who last year released ‘Love Like This,’ an upbeat track under Island Records, following his third studio album, Nobody Is Listening, in 2021.
