Fred Durst Has “A Strong Feeling” Guns N’ Roses Are Reuniting

Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst says he has “a strong feeling” that Guns N’ Roses will soon reunite for a comeback tour featuring both frontman Axl Rose and former guitarist Slash.

Speaking with TMZ in the video below, Durst is quizzed over whether or not he thinks Guns N’ Roses will settle their differences to tour once more.

“I don’t know but I have a strong feeling that there’s gonna be a Guns N’ Roses tour coming up so you better get your tickets when they go on sale,” Durst says. “That’s all I can say.”

Durst’s “strong feeling” comes after he claimed to be the man responsible for helping Axl Rose and Slash become pals again.

As NME reports, Durst used Limp Bizkit’s set at England’s Reading Festival in August to tell the crowd, “I’d like you to know that we’re responsible for Axl and Slash being back together. We had a meeting and it went really well.”

Guns N’ Roses were rumoured to headline Soundwave 2016, but Soundwave promoter AJ Maddah has denied the claims, telling Music Feeds “it is not happening for Soundwave 2016”.

“I sure hope those guys do get back together again as there has never been, or as far as I am concerned ever will be such a potent force for rock’n roll than the original GNR in full flight,” Maddah added.

In May this year, Slash revealed he would “never say never” to the idea of a Guns N’ Roses reunion, and said the tensions between him and Axl Rose have “dissipated” since he left the band in 1996.
