Rock legends Helmet have announced that they’re heading to Australia in April next year for five shows across the country.
The four-piece are legendary in every sense of the word. They have been around for 27 years, and in that time have dropped eight albums of riff-heavy rock.
They may have been around a long time, but they’re not slowing down anytime soon, still touring the world and releasing albums.
Helmet released their latest record Dead To The World this year, their first in six years. It was produced by the band’s Page Hamilton, and brims with the same sort of confidence that all their records do. It’s also their first record with new bassist Dave Case.
Returning to Australia for the first time since 2013, Helmet will no doubt churn out some newies as well a bunch of classics when they tour next year.
