The Blue Mountains has produced more than its fair share of hip hop and electronic talent in recent years and now its musical alumni are banding together to raise money for their hometown, recently devastated by bushfires.
Award-winning electronic duo Hermitude, rap royalty Urthboy and hip hop trio Thundamentals are all getting together for a special one-off fundraiser show, joined by Dialectrix, Tuka, JONES Jnr, Joe New, Tenth Dan & Grub and A Blank Canvas. The event takes place on Friday, 6th December at Katoomba RSL, with all profits going directly to the Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery.
More than just a fundraiser, the night is intended to be a positive event for the bigger Blue Mountains community, with the artists coming together to celebrate the region that raised them and providing one of the biggest lineups ever seen in the process.
