All Time Low, Polar Bear Club To Sidewave With Chunk! No, Captain Chunk

Written by Mike Hohnen on January 30, 2013

Time-tested staples of the pop punk scene and habitual Soundwave reoffenders All Time Low have once and for all announced their Sidewave performances while in town, bringing with them Polar Bear Club and Chunk! No, Captain Chunk.

It took some time for Soundwave to lock in the below dates, resulting in some stressful days for the band’s extremely loyal Aussie fan base, but you can all breath a sigh of relief – ATL will be hitting up both Sydney and Brisbane while carrying out their cocurricular activities. We will no doubt be treated to live renditions of the gems found within the band’s latest release, Don’t Panic, but with a back catalogue as praised and extensive as these cats all their anthems are bound to be included.

Polar Bear Club have also amassed an army of followers Down Under, and if you were fortunate enough to catch them last time they were in town you’d understand why. An always evolving force, PBC released their last album, Clash, Battle, Guilt, Pride, in 2011, meaning we might just hear some new material from the band as they take things to the next level this time round.

Throw French dudes Chunk! No, Captain Chunk with their partycore spin on the pop punk vibe – not to mention the tunage found on their album Something For Nothing – and you have the full lineup!
