Beyond The Valley Festival First Act Confirmed

The Preatures are the first act confirmed to be playing the inaugural Beyond The Valley festival at Phillip Island this New Year’s Eve. The carefully curated boutique event, which takes place over two stages and two days, will serve as a replacement for the island’s departed Pyramid Rock Festival.

Preatures frontwoman Isabella Manfredi confirmed the band’s appearance to Beat magazine. “We can’t wait to play Beyond The Valley,” the singer told Beat. “It’s New Years Eve, on an island, with Victorians. What else could you ask for, a hangover spa? They have one of those too.”

Earlier this month, festival organisers revealed some of the amenities that will be available during the event’s debut, including VIP luxury camping facilities and a hangover spa, where paying customers can rejuvenate between sets with masks supplying 30 minutes of hospital-grade oxygen.

Beyond The Valley will be held at Phillip Island Circuit from Tuesday, 30th December till Thursday, 1st January and is expected to draw over 10,000 punters for a vast roster of both international and local talent. The full lineup is expected to be revealed in August so stay tuned to Music Feeds.

If The Preatures’ recent performance at Melbourne’s Corner Hotel is anything to go by, the band are set to put on one hell of a show. Music Feeds reviewer Rachelle Beaven was in attendance on the night and praised the band for Manfredi’s dynamism and the band’s skilled musicianship.
