Crystal Castles Debut New Track Live, Delay Album Release

Written by Mike Hohnen on October 19, 2012

Bittersweet news for Crystal Castle fans today. The Canadian duo have declared that the release date for their third and upcoming album III has been pushed back a week, though the sweet part is that you now have a new tune to get you through that extra week.

The track, which is yet to be given a name, was previewed during a show in Denver, Colorado according to Diffuser. It’s believed that the track will find its way onto III, where it will join previous single Plagues, which the band released earlier in the year along with a video clip.

The song was caught on some amateur video, but the sound is actually pretty clear. The quality is good enough to be able to make out the crazy light show that occurs while the song plays out. Shits crazy. The pair will now continue on with a run of dates throughout Canada and the US.
