Drake Announces New Project ‘More Life’, Drops New Music

Written by Zanda Wilson on October 24, 2016

Drake has announced that he’ll be releasing a new project later in 2016, in the form of a special playlist with new music which he’s titled More Life.

On the latest episode of OVO Sounds Radio on Beats 1, Drake premiered three new songs from the project, Fake Love, Two Birds One Stone and Sneakin featuring 21 Savage, as well as a remix of Wanna Know by UK artist Santan Dave.

The project was also announced via an Instagram post, and is set to feature new music from Drake and a bunch of his OVO label mates.

Drake, whose last project was his huge 2016 album Views, was also careful to mention that this release is a “playlist” and not a mixtape, and he’s gearing up to release it in December 2016.

Pitchfork reports that during the OVO Sounds Radio show, Drake also made an apology to fans who weren’t able to see his Summer Sixteen tour this year. “I hit a point where I couldn’t keep going, but I’ll see you all soon,” he said, which is good news for Aussie fans.

Check out two of the new More Life releases (which in all likelihood will be taken down soon), below.
