Inaugural Panama Festival Unveils First Lineup

Following on from a string of successful Tassie-based live music events in recent months, the state is set to receive yet another boutique festival, named Panama, which will open its doors to punters wishing to experience a new level of music festival in March 2014.

Organisers have provided something of an insight into the vibe of the festival, revealing that Brooklyn’s finest provider of soul Charles Bradley will be heading down to the hills of Tasmania for the event, accompanied by our native grown talent Husky who are ready to share with the world their new album and Melbourne sixties garage punk prodigies The Frowning Clouds.

Held in the forests of North-Eastern Tasmania, the scenery will also be a key feature to the Panama experience. Opting for a far more intimate setting than previous festivals held in the area, Panama has created an event that will cater to the experience of the individual, rather than the masses.

A limited number of tickets will be available to the event, with even more talent – of both the native, and international persuasion – set to be announced.
