It’s been a big week for Kanye West. After performing for US President Barack Obama and picking up some first-hand advice from the POTUS for his very own presidential campaign, Yeezy has turned up at American Idol auditions in San Francisco, and there’s footage to prove it.
As Billboard reports, Yeezy took to American Idol‘s audition room in front of judges Jennifer Lopez, Harry Connick, Jr. and Keith Urban, and proceeded to drop some lines from Gold Digger, including, of course:
“My psychic told me she’ll have a ass like Serena, Trina, Jennifer Lopez. Four kids, and I gotta all they bad asses to showbiz?”
The American Idol judges looked surprised to see a wild Kanye appear before their eyes, but it probably wasn’t just a random appearance. American Idol is now in its fifteenth and final season, and Kanye has appeared on the show multiple times, including a feature slot on a Katy Perry performance.
While Kanye doesn’t need any help from American Idol to keep up his rap game, he did pretty well according to a photo of him with the show’s host Ryan Seacrest, which can be seen below alongside his American Idol audition.
