Listen: Paramore Release First Single ‘Now’ Off Upcoming Album

Written by Mike Hohnen on January 22, 2013

With their new album on the horizon, Paramore have treated fans with the first glimpse of what they can expect. Dubbed Now, the maiden single demonstrates a band who still have a whole lot of attitude.

The track starts off a bit shaky but once it kicks off it all comes together. Now also features the big, super catchy Paramore chorus that we’ve grown to know. It would also appear that rumours of an EDM-influenced release might have been exaggerated.

The track is currently streaming through the band’s website and should hit iTunes any moment now. You can also listen via label Fuelled By Ramen’s YouTube channel below.

The band teased the track pretty successfully, releasing a sneak peek late last year, and people are sure to be interested to see where they are going with this self-titled release due in April. Paramore will also be performing at Soundwave 2013 so we’re sure to hear some of the new tunage when they arrive.
