Canada’s New Wave groovers Metric have treated fans today by putting their entire new release Synthetica up for stream via SoundCloud. As well as the album, the band unveiled a series of ‘fans only’ shows to run through the US, and will be showcasing their latest material on the Jimmy Fallon show on June 21.
Synthetica won’t be released for another week, but you can check it out below. While the recently announced ‘fans only’ shows are only in the States, fear not for Metric will be playing the Sunday night of this year’s Splendour in the Grass.
So study up! Get all the words down and prepare for their SITG set. The album will be released through MMI / MOM+POP.
