Yet another new music festival is making its way onto the Australian scene, with Newcastle’s This That event set to make its debut this October with a selection of boutique tunes, eats, drinks and experiences.
This That will take place at Newcastle’s beachside Foreshore greenspace on Saturday, 31st October. The 18+ festival is promising a multi-genre indie lineup of local and international acts over two big stages.
This That’s two stages are the outdoor “This” stage and the electronic-focused big top “That” stage. It’s not yet known who will be playing at the event, but the first lineup announcement will drop on Thursday, 30th July.
Aside from the tunes, This That is set to host small batch craft beers, wines, ciders and cocktails, while also boasting grub from local niche restaurants and some of the country’s most beloved food trucks.
An artisan market will also be in operation at the festival, with stalls and roving artisan performances and interactive workshops.
