UPDATE 28/10/16: Festival organisers have unveiled the full Party In The Paddock lineup for 2017.
ORIGINAL STORY: Tasmania’s Party In The Paddock Festival is returning to Burns Creek in February 2017 for another year of all-Aussie greatness.
The festival will take place on 10th and 11th February at its site, which is a short drive from Launceston in Northern Tasmania.
While for most of us going across seas to get to Tasmania seems like a long way, organisers are making an enticing argument to come to Tassie. They’re promoting, “no lockouts, no traffic jams and free camping all over the island”, which is far more than Sydney or Brisbane can offer right now.
Of course, it’s the lineup that’s really going to seal the deal for most punters, and organisers have promised that it’s on its way.
If previous year’s lineups are anything to go by, it’s going to be rad. Last year, the likes of Violent Soho, Spiderbait, The Preatures and Tkay Maidza all partied in the paddock.
