Pierce The Veil Release ‘This Is A Wasteland’ Documentary Trailer

Written by Mike Hohnen on September 25, 2013

Pierce The Veil have announced that they will be the latest post-hardcore outfit to try their hand at filmmaking, releasing the trailer for their own documentary titled This Is A Wasteland.

This Is A Wasteland focuses on the band’s hectic life on the road as a touring powerhouse and will contain intimate interviews with band members, never-before-seen live footage from concerts, with plenty of tomfoolery and on-the-road shenanigans as well.

The doco includes all the action from their South America, Asia, Europe, Australia and a sold-out North American tours alongside contemporaries Sleeping With Sirens, All Time Low, Mayday Parade, You Me At Six, Memphis May Fire and Letlive.

The DVD follows on from the groups latest opus, 2012’s Collide With The Sky, unless you count the Selfish Machines reissue which dropped this year. That particular release is proving to have considerable legs and managed to bring the band Down Under as part of Soundwave 2013.

The full film will be released internationally on Tuesday, 5th November. This Is A Wasteland will be available via iTunes as well as physically, with packages also containing a 28-page booklet and a copy of Collide With The Sky
