In a recent interview, Disturbed/Device frontman, David Draiman, may have unknowingly let the cat out of the bag that is the name of Trivium’s upcoming album. Draiman, who is currently moonlighting as the producer for the metallers’ 6th studio album revealed a track to the interviewer called Vengeance Falls, before then going onto to add that it was also the title track.
It may be just a name but a lot of effort goes into keeping these things under wraps until it’s time to announce. Though surely the professionalism, mutual respect – and I mean c’mon, the dude is an absolute tank – is enough to stop any potential bad blood between Trivium and Draiman.
Frontman Matt K. Heafy didn’t seem too phased when he attempted to clear thing’s up in the below tweet. And no, we’re fairly certain he isn’t being serious.
Draiman has also given some insight into how he came to be in cahoots with Trivium for the new album, telling Loudwire that the two parties hit it off while touring Australia together. Album number 6 will be the follow up to 2011’s In Waves.
