The Pyramid Rock Festival 2011 – 2012 line-up has been announced and has definitely set itself up as a top contender for your New Year’s ticket money.

Update: 2012/2013 Lineup has been announced

Scissor Sisters will bring in the New Year with a bang, they were out here last year for Splendour In The Grass when it actually sold out and make a very impressive headliner for this year’s Pyramid Rock Festival.

Gotye can’t do anything wrong at the moment. His single Somebody That I Used To Know has had over a million YouTube views and is number 1 in the charts at the moment, which makes him the first solo male to reach number 1 since 2008.

The Living End will bring their vintage Aussie Rock ‘n’ Roll to the party.

Grandmaster Flash, is a pioneer of hip-hop DJing, better known as King Grandmaster Flash, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2007, becoming the first hip hop/rap artist to be so honored.

The line-up features an array of Aussie talent including Boy And Bear, Cloud Control, Drapht, Spiderbait, The Panics and heaps heaps more.
