Just over a week after the release of their widely acclaimed new album A Moon Shaped Pool, Radiohead have begun uploading some mysterious pieces of artwork to the their Instagram account.
If you’ll recall, the band have had a fun time trolling fans online recently. They disappeared almost entirely from the internet in the lead up to the new LP – and also uploaded two unexplained teaser videos in the days leading up to its release.
Now, Radiohead have uploaded one piece of artwork each day for the past three days – each displaying striking similarities to the album artwork for A Moon Shaped Pool. There has been no explanation for the images, though it’s possible that these pictures were unused possibilities for the album cover given how similar they are stylistically.
