Senses Fail To Tour Australia In August 2013

With a new album, new lineup and a newfound attitude, post-hardcore forefathers Senses Fail have announced a headlining run of Australian tour dates. Back in March the band released their latest album Renancer which should translate into the hardest, heaviest live set of their career.

With a new man on the axe, Senses Fail have made a sharp turn in terms of the way they do things. Welcoming Strike Anywhere’s Matt Smith into the fold, the band took on a much more democratic approach to all aspects of working together, including writing. Renancer also saw the brand switch up producers and enlist Shaun Lopez (Deftones, Funeral For A Friend), resulting in a faster, revitalised sound for a band who have been at the forefront of the scene since the early 2000s.

Those paying attention will know that Renancer is the Spanish term for “to be reborn”, indicating a strong theme of change and adjustment. With a tour schedule that’s quickly filling up between now and August, Senses Fail are sure to have fine tuned their new arrangements allowing Aussie fans the best of Senses Fail.

General release tickets are on sale Monday, 27th May. Limited edition early-bird tickets are available now.
