Soundwave 2012 – These Kids Wear Crowns Off Brisbane Line-up

Written by Brayden Darke on January 30, 2012

Soundwave 2012 promoter AJ Maddah has tweeted some bad news this evening, revealing that he had forgot to let out the news that These Kids Wear Crowns will not be able to make it to Brisbane’s leg of Soundwave 2012 at the RNA Showgrounds on Saturday 25th February.

The band will not be able to make it back from a stadium show in Canada with Simple Plan.

Maddah sent out the info with these tweets:

@iamnotshouting: One bit of bad news, These Kids Wear Crowns will not make it to Brisbane in time for SW12. They will be starting the tour at Sydney #SW12

@iamnotshouting: They have a sold out stadium show supporting Simple Plan in Canada. We’d been told about this a while ago but somehow forgot. My bad.

There won’t be a replacement band, other bands will divide up the remaining set time between them.

@iamnotshouting: We divided their set time and gave Jack’s Mannequin, The Cab and FTSK some extra stage time each.
