It’s a big day for the cats behind Splendour In The Grass. Not only have they managed shift to just about every ticket on the market, but the gang have now confirmed that there will be sideshows for some of the lineup, though unfortunately that’s about all the information released.
TheMusic.com.au have revealed that main attractions Haim, Babyshambles, James Blake, Jake Bugg, Everything Everything and Fidlar will all be engaging in extra-Splendour activities while in town. The soft announcement doesn’t confirm any cities, venues or dates but should serve to dull the pain of missing out on tickets.
All hope is not lost for those interested in checking out the full festivities. If you scrape together some of the loose change under the couch cushions, between the cracks in your car seats, what have you, you can purchase one of the VIP Country Club tickets going for $699 a pop + booking fee.

UPDATE: 02/05/13Triple J have now posted a list of Splendour In The Grass sideshows that are a little bit different to that of TheMusic.com.au.
