Sydney’s Days Like This Festival Announces 2018 Lineup

Written by Zanda Wilson on October 31, 2017

Days Like This festival has revealed its 2018 lineup, with the festival also set to return to its new location in Victoria Park, Sydney for the second time.

The lineup with have lovers of electronic music absolutely frothing, with stacks of legendary DJs and producers from around the globe set to join the bill.

Veteran German DJ Sven Väth and countrymen and fellow dance music pioneers Booka Shade head the bill, and they’ll be joined by a couple of the hottest DJs in the world right now; The Black Madonna and Maceo Plex.

It doesn’t end there though. Rounding out the first lineup announcement are Marcel Dettman, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Floating Points, Mano Le Tough, Ben UFO and more.

With The Black Madonna being joined on the lineup by Aussie DJs Cassette and Kali, as well as Canadian legend Heidi and Suis artist Sonja Moonear, it appears that Days Like This organisers have taken heed of the criticism levelled at the festival’s 2017 lineup‘s first announcement for being all-male.

As with previous years, Days Like This will feature a stack of bars, premium food options and market stalls to compliment the music.

Check out the full first lineup announcement below.
