The Chemist Announce Australian Tour Dates

Written by Mike Hohnen on March 23, 2013

Today marks a double-blow from tripped-out blues rockers The Chemist. Not only have the group released their long-awaited debut album Ballet In The Badlands, but the trio have locked in plans to play the shit out of it on a run of tour dates.

The Chemist have been well and truly introduced to the market following the success of their single Silver & Gold – lifted from the album and currently at radio, a cheeky recent tour, and a pretty impressive thumbs up from Sydney Morning Herald who labelled the band one of “2013’s Next Big Things”.

Using a brief run of shows through February to road test the new material, The Chemist will be returning in fine form, no doubt well versed in translating the fresh tunes live. Supports are yet to be announced, but an update is sure to come through soon.
