Watch Metallica Sing ‘Enter Sandman’ With Supermarket Deli Staff For Some Reason

In perhaps one of the daddest moments in Metallica history, the rifflords have rocked into an LA deli to rock out to their old school hit Enter Sandman with their local butcher.

Footage of the bizarre supermarket karaoke sesh has been posted online by TMZ, who were apparently following the band while they were filming a segment for Billy Eichner’s Billy on the Street show.

In the clip, the Big Four band’s Big Four members appear to chance upon a Metallica super-fan in old m8 behind the meat counter, who belts out the lyrics to Sandman with rabid enthusiasm as frontman James Hetfield updates some of the lyrics to reflect the meaty situation #Meatallica.

The Masters Of Publicity are hot on the album promo trail, cranking the interviews and TV appearances to spruik their brand new slice of thrash, Hardwired… To Self Destruct.

Catch footage of their supermarket shred sesh below.

Meanwhile, there’s plenty of other stuff for Aussie ‘Tallica fans to get excited about RN, with the bands’ old m8 from Soundwave AJ Maddah revealing that they’re in the process of locking down an Australian tour for 2017.
