Foo Fighters launch “Foo Files” with new live EP

Surprise, Fooey fans!

Foo Fighters have dropped a surprise live EP, giving fans a look into a new archive series.

The three-track EP seems have been pulled from what the band is calling the “Foo Files”.

“A good day to take a look in the Foo Files,” tweeted the band.

“How about a few elusive Live tracks?… you never know what we’ve got up our sleeves…”

It features recordings of ‘Wattershed’ and ‘For All The Cows’ from their 1995 Reading Festival set.

There’s also a recording of ‘Next Year’, recorded at Cold Live at the Chapel in Melbourne (2000).

The EP is titled 00950025, which is presumed to be a reference to the fact that the band released its debut album in 1995 and will celebrate its 25th anniversary next year.
