Gwen Stefani Teams Up With Saweetie For New ‘Slow Clap’ Remix

Gwen Stefani has recruited Saweetie for a new take on her last-released single, ‘Slow Clap’.

Saweetie sprinkles some new magic into the track while referencing Stefani’s earlier songs.

“I ain’t no hollaback bitch,” raps Saweetie. “Now I got it, I ain’t gotta act rich.”

They’ve shared a video with the release as well. The pair go back to high school where they hang out in the locker room and gym doing hand clap games, skipping rope, and playing basketball.

Gwen Stefani recently revealed she has around 20 more songs to go on a forthcoming album.

She told Billboard, “I just had this lightbulb moment.”

“I was like, ‘I really want to investigate where I started in music — the reggae and ska, when I first fell in love with music, when it defined who I was. I really want to do happy music, that’s where it all started.’”

Saweetie is currently gearing up to release her debut album Pretty B*tch Music.
