Doja Cat has revealed that this Friday, 11th June, she will be sharing something titled ‘Need To Know’ – we’re assuming here, that it’s a new track.
She revealed the news in a cryptic video posted to her social media earlier today, captioned “need to know 6/11”. In the video, the camera flies through a 3D rendered, futuristic city scape before settling on a scenic shot of Doja playing video games.
This will be the second track Doja Cat has released this year, with the first being ‘Kiss Me More’ featuring SZA. The pair debuted the track live at the Billboard Music Awards earlier in the year, where Doja Cat won the award for Best R&B Artist. It is unclear whether either track will feature on her upcoming album, Planet Her.
Not much else is known yet about what exactly NTK is, but Doja Cat followed up the teaser with a post on her Twitter reading “need to know isn’t even the next single is just some shit before the next more important single comes out for you to enjoy.”
