A bit of a heads-up here for anyone interested in checking out the glory that is St Jeromes Laneway Festival – if you live in Sydney or Perth you’ve officially missed the boat, and if you live in Melbourne or Brisbane, you’re running out of time!
The banana benders will be the first to see in the 2013 leg of the festival with the Brisbane event taking place Friday, 1st February, with Sydney carrying the torch on the Saturday and Melbourne the following Sunday. Adelaide and Perth will get their turn next week. Maps, timetables and other curiosities can be found here.
Word on the street is that even though there are still tickets available to both the Melbourne and Brisbane events, they won’t be around much longer. Organisers have stated that 100 tickets are left for Melbourne. With Sydney totally booked up and the Perth leg reaching capacity only a few minutes ago, it’s really only a matter of time.
Just from looking through the lineup – you don’t want to be ‘that guy’ who waited until last minute to get tickets only to find out there are none. So get cracking!
