Sydney neo-soul songstress Soma Sutton has brought her fresh musical gem ‘Bloom’ to life with some stunning visuals.
Premiering exclusively via Music Feeds below, the three-minute dose of eye candy features the singer performing in an intimate setting as well as the infinite expanse of the Australian countryside, symbolically contrasting human nature with mother nature.
“I wrote ‘Bloom’ at a time of transition in my life. There’s a lot of temptation living in the city and it’s easy to get lost,” Soma explains.
“Lyrically It’s about our spiritual connection to the planet and my own personal rebirth. As soon as I started writing it just fell together. I handed it onto Jono Graham and he worked his magic on the finishing touches.”
The melting pot of R&B, ambient electronic and groove that is ‘Bloom’ represents the first offering from Soma’s forthcoming debut EP.
