Finally, Carly Rae Jepsen & The Veronicas are getting the appreciation they deserve, in the form of a celebratory bash at new local music dive, Stay Gold.
After launching just last month, Brunswick’s new-venue-on-the-block has announced that a bonafide ‘Carly Rae Jepsen & The Veronicas Appreciation Party’ will be going down this weekend on Saturday 3rd November in a new instalment of their ‘Guilt’ themed music night.
“This Saturday we’re getting Guilty in the best way possible, by paying tribute to Carly Rae Jepsen’s nearly perfect pop album EMOTION (you better believe we will be playing the entire thing) and also paying our dues to our favourite girls from Brisbane, The Veronicas – in particular their first two incredible break-outs THE SECRET LIFE OF… and HOOK ME UP,” organisers spruik on the official Facebook event page.
