Canadian pop musician Carly Rae Jepsen has announced a run of Australian headline shows for 2023. The announcement comes just one week after Jepsen was announced on the bill for next year’s Golden Plains festival. Along with her performance at the Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre on Sunday, 12th March, Jepsen will play a string of east coast headline dates.

Carly Rae Jepsen – ‘Beach House’
The ‘Call Me Maybe’ singer will be at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Tuesday, 7th March, The Tivoli in Brisbane on Thursday, 9th March, and Melbourne’s Forum on Monday, 13th March and Tuesday, 14th March.
The upcoming shows will be Jepsen’s first since she made her debut in Australia in late 2019. While those shows were in support of her fourth album, Dedicated, Jepsen has since released two more long players: 2020’s Dedicated Side B and her latest effort, The Loneliest Time, which came out in October 2022.
Jepsen will appear at the 2023 Golden Plains festival alongside Bikini Kill, Four Tet, Soul II Soul, Angel Olsen, Mdou Moctar, Overmono (live) and several others. It’ll be the first Golden Plains event since March 2020, with COVID causing cancellations in 2021 and ’22.
