Amyl & The Sniffers’ Amy Taylor Dunks PM In New Interview, Calls Him A Tosser

Amy Taylor, frontwoman of Amyl & The Sniffers has absolutely dunked Prime Minister, Scott Morrison in a new interview with NME. She told the publication ‘Capital’, taken from their new album was written through that bushfire season of 2019-2020.

“‘Capital’ is about how many people are left on the outskirts of society without any help – especially none from fucking Scott Morrison, the absolute tosser,” she told the publication.

“We’re all getting taxed to buggery and getting nothing in return. In bushfire season he gave nobody a helping hand.”

In ‘Capital’, Amy sings, “Australia is burning, but, aye, I’m not learning how to be more conscious. And the farmers hope for rain while the landscape torches.”

“I’m not that well educated about politics,” continues Amy. “But during bushfire season all of the Indigenous people had advanced backburning set-ups and the government just ignored that.

“Also, Indigenous incarceration rates are off the fucking Richter scale.”

Amyl & The Sniffers’ new album Comfort To Me dropped last Friday.
