He’s conquered the UK and North America with his debut single, but now Big Shaq‘s biggest claim (man’s not hot) is set to be tested under the Australian sun at Let Them Eat Cake festival.
Festival organisers have just announced that Michael Dapaah’s most successful character creation to date, Big Shaq, will be performing quick maths live on New Year’s Day 2018.
He’s set to join a whole bunch of new local acts on the lineup including Miss Blanks, Fantastic Man, Love Deluxe, Beatrice, as well as previously announced acts Tourist, Kllo, Jopkins and more.
Let Them Eat Cake recently removed American producer The Gaslamp Killer from its 2018 lineup after he was accused of sexual assault.
Meanwhile, Big Shaq was also recently added to the lineup for Perth’s Origin NYE festival.
