BIGSOUND Live 2015 Lineup Announced

The country’s biggest music industry conference is just a few months away and today the first round of artists on the epic 2015 BIGSOUND Live lineup have been announced.

As it does every year, the 2015 BIGSOUND Live lineup traverses the genre spectrum, featuring acts like Stonefield, Muscles, Gang of Youths, Holy Holy, Cosmic Psychos, The John Steel Singers, Slum Sociable, The Snowdroppers, High Tension and many more who are set to appear in front of an audience of industry figures and music lovers this September.

This is just the first round of artists to be announced for the annual music conference which is expected to feature around 140 bands who will play across 14 of Brisbane’s live music spaces. That means there’s still 100 artists still to be announced for the 2015 bill.

It’s all going down in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley from September 9th-11th, for three days of panels, discussions and industry seminars.

BIGSOUND organisers have already announced the first lineup of guest speakers for the 2015 event, with former federal minister, activist and Midnight Oil frontman Peter Garrett leading the pack along with rapper and activist Brother Ali and a number of international music label reps.

BIGSOUND Live tickets are on sale from Monday 22nd of June with an exclusive pre-sale for 2014 ticket holders from June 19th. The first 800 BIGSOUND Live two-night ticket holders will get access to the inaugural BIGSOUND closing night event at The Triffid on Friday September 11th.

Early bird for the BIGSOUND industry conference, which includes priority entry to BIGSOUND Live as well as three days of conference, exclusive industry parties and more are on sale now at the BIGSOUND website.
