Charli XCX & Lizzo Announce New Single ‘Blame It On Your Love’

Two of pop’s current brightest stars are joining forces this week, as Charli XCX and Lizzo announce their collaboration on new single ‘Blame It On Your Love.’

XCX took to Twitter earlier this week to announce that her and Lizzo had something coming this week.

“MAGINE IF I MADE A SONG WITH LIZZO AKA THE QUEEN OF EVERYTHING – WOULD U DIE???,” she wrote.

“I WOULD DIEEEEEEEE!!! PREP MY GRAVE ASAP WE GOT A BOP COMING THIS WEEK.”

Then, today XCX took to social media again to announce the single’s title, along with a photo of the two superstars holding a sign that reads “BOUT 2 SAVE POP MUSIC.”

This will be XCX’s first release since she dropped one-off single ‘1999’ with Troye Sivan late last year. As for Lizzo, she just dropped her debut album Cuz I Love You last month.
