Winning hearts with unashamed indie-pop, Liverpool four-piece Circa Waves have already been tipped by NME as a band to watch and crowned twice with BBC Radio 1’s Hottest Record in the World. They’ll now be bringing their onstage magic to Australian audiences, playing a bunch of sideshows on top of their Splendour In The Grass 2014 sets.
Earlier this year, Circa Waves celebrated their addition to the Dew Process family and backed up their breakthrough debut single Get Away with the infectious track Stuck In My Teeth. The band have just wrapped up a UK headline tour, including a sold-out show at London’s Sebright Arms and hit the road with Interpol, Temples and Royal Blood for NME Awards Tour 2014.
Fans can catch the Liverpool four-piece playing sideshows with Metronomy or at their own headline show in Sydney. Tickets go on sale at 9am (AEST), Friday, 9th May.
