Dave Grohl Spills About Caffeine Addiction In Parody ‘FreshPotix’ Advert

It’s been 10 years but we’ve finally received a follow up to that chaotic Foo Fighters Fresh Pots video where Dave Grohl has an aggressive caffeine addiction. If you’re unfamiliar with the video, it basically follows Grohl behind the scenes in the studio. He intermittently yells “FRESH POTS”.

Of course, that video inspired the Fresh Pots meme too. Now, we have a parody video where Grohl overcomes his addiction and it’s just as cooked, frankly.

The video is called “Dave Grohl For FreshPotix”. It sees him endorse a drug to “help coffee addicts like me manage their coffee addiction.”

“Ten years ago, I was in the grips of a debilitating caffeine addition,” the video begins. “My ability to maintain personal relationships and solid bowel movements were compromised by crippling sleep deprivation and noxious coffee breath.”

“As the bean took over, I found myself doing anything for a fix,” he says.

The video shows the frontman snorting coffee and smoking it through a bong, as well as layering it on a sandwich.

He then moves on to promoting the FreshPotix before a voiceover lists the side effects. They include: “severe monkey peen”, “urge to found your own colony”, “oxford commas”, “nose chickens”, and “uncontrollable tattling”.
